used paediatric critical care drugs.

Prescribers are responsible for confirming dose information and appropriateness BEFORE prescribing.

Although the calculator has been checked by our pharmacy department, we
cannot take responsibility for any errors arising from its use - it is
the prescriber's responsibility to check the doses against a secondary
source. In addition we recommend that your local drug and therapeutics system OKs its use.  

The calculator SHOULD NOT be downloaded or saved to another computer -
it is updated to reflect changes in PICU protocols and new evidence, but
this will not apply to versions stored on local computers.
